General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to WorldofNexa are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Project Cancellation
By the Client
Clients may request project cancellation at any time.
However:
If work has not started, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
If work has already started, payments made are non-refundable.
Any completed work will be delivered based on the amount paid.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a project if:
Required information is not provided by the client.
The project involves unlawful activities.
The client violates agreed terms.
In such cases, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Website Development Services
For website development projects:
Initial deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once design or development work begins.
Custom development work, integrations, and completed milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days, it may require a new timeline and additional charges.
Logo Design & Branding
Since logo and branding services involve creative work and concept development:
No refunds will be issued after design concepts have been presented.
Revisions will be provided according to the selected package.
Social Media Management
Monthly social media management fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Any cancellation request must be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle.
Meta Ads & Digital Advertising
Meta Ads setup fees are non-refundable.
Advertising spend paid directly to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any third-party platform is non-refundable.
WorldofNexa is not responsible for platform-related issues, ad account restrictions, or policy changes.
Video Editing & Graphic Design
Due to the creative nature of these services:
Payments made for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable.
Revisions will be provided as agreed upon during the project.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:
Duplicate payments
Billing errors
Service not started and no work performed
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact WorldofNexa first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of ongoing services.
